Cancellations & Refunds

Either party may terminate as permitted by the applicable engagement. Unless that document states otherwise, cancellation requires 30 days' written notice to the other party.

Cancellation notices must be sent to info@tenfolddistribution.com. Access revocation alone does not constitute notice.

Fees for completed work and services delivered through the effective termination date remain payable. Strategy, production and setup work already performed is non-refundable.

Media spend, platform charges and third-party production commitments already placed or non-cancellable remain the client's responsibility. Any uncommitted prepaid balance will be reconciled after final platform reporting.

Billing errors must be reported within 15 days of invoice. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practical.

Performance outcomes, platform restrictions or changes in market conditions do not by themselves create a refund right. Any service credit or remedy stated in a signed engagement controls.
